Terms & Conditions
1. Who we are
RiCREATE MEDIA ("we", "us" and "our") is a UK sole-trader business supplying custom printed goods. You can contact us at make@ricreatemedia.com.
2. Orders & acceptance
Placing an order is your offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept that offer, and a contract is formed, when your payment is successfully confirmed. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will let you know and refund the amount paid.
3. Prices & payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are presented as the total price payable, including any applicable taxes. RiCREATE MEDIA is not VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT and cannot provide a VAT invoice. We may cancel and refund an order placed at an obviously incorrect price.
4. Artwork & proofs
You warrant that you own or have permission to use all artwork, images, fonts and other content you supply, and that our use of them to fulfil your order will not infringe anyone else's rights. We may reject unlawful or offensive artwork.
You are responsible for checking and approving proofs, including spelling, layout, dimensions and other details. Production follows the approved proof. Reasonable colour variation can occur between screens, print processes, materials and production runs; variation within normal commercial printing tolerances is not a defect.
5. Production & delivery
Production and delivery times are estimates only and begin after any required artwork approval. They are not guaranteed dates. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, but we will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
7. Governing law
These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have as a consumer in another part of the UK.
